حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُسْتَمِرِّ الْعُرُوقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَازِبٍ

عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ قَوَدَ إِلاَّ بِالسَّيْفِ " .

English Translation
It was narrated from Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:“There is no retaliation except with the sword.”
