حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ الْمَكِّيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ع

َنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الْمُحْرِمُ لاَ يَنْكِحُ وَلاَ يُنْكِحُ وَلاَ يَخْطُبُ " .

English Translation

It was narrated from Aban bin 'Uthman bin 'Affan' (may Allah be pleased with him) that his father said:"the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The one in lhram should not get married, nor arrange a marriage for anyone else, nor Propose marriage
