حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ، - قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، - عَنْ عُبَيْ

دِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ نُفِسَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِالشَّجَرَةِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَبَا بَكْرٍ يَأْمُرُهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ .

English Translation

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Asma' bint `Umais gave birth to Muhammad b Abu Bakr near Dhu'l-Hulaifa. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded Abu Bakr to convey to her that she should take a bath and then enter into the state of Ihram
