The Book of Marriage

Arabic Text

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ، بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ‏.‏

English Translation

Rabi' b. Sabra reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger ﷺ forbade on the Day of Victory to contract temporary marriage with women
