The Book of Drinks

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُح
َمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِوَفْدِ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ " أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ - وَالْحَنْتَمُ الْمَزَادَةُ الْمَجْبُوبَةُ - وَلَكِنِ اشْرَبْ فِي سِقَائِكَ وَأَوْكِهِ " .

English Translation
Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Apostle ﷺ said to the group of Abd al-Qais:I forbid you (to prepare Nabidh) in gourd. and green pitcher, hollow stump and varnished jar and the waterskin having its upper end cut, but (prepare it) in your small waterskin, and tie its mouth
