حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَ

رِيرٌ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ هِشَامٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ فِي حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ وَأَمِيرُهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ عُمَيْرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَلَى فِلَسْطِينَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ فَحَدَّثَهُ فَأَمَرَ بِهِمْ فَخُلُّوا .

English Translation

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hisham with the same chain of transmitters and he made this addition of Jarir that (Hisham b. Hakim) went to Umair b. Sa'd who was then ruler in Palestine and he narrated to him this hadith and he (submitting before the words of the Prophet ﷺ) commanded that they should be let off and so they were let off
