حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ أَخْبَرَنَا وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ع

َنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَتَبَخْتَرُ فِي بُرْدَيْهِ قَدْ أَعْجَبَتْهُ نَفْسُهُ إِذْ خَسَفَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْأَرْضَ فَهُوَ يَتَجَلْجَلُ فِي بَطْنِهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'While a man was strutting in his cloak, admiring himself with his hair groomed, Allah caused the earth to swallow him, and he will continue sinking into it until the Day of Resurrection.'
