‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏شُعْبَةُ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏خُلَيْدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ‏ ‏عَنْ النَّبِيِّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏لِكُلِّ ‏ ‏غَادِرٍ ‏ ‏لِوَاءٌ ‏ ‏يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُعْرَفُ بِهِ عِنْدَ ‏ ‏اسْتِهِ ‏

English Translation

Abu al-Walid narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Khulayd ibn Ja'far narrated to us, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ: 'For every betrayer there will be a banner on the Day of Resurrection by which he will be recognized, proportionate to his treachery. And there is no treachery greater than that of a leader of the people.'
