حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْر

َةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ حَقُّ الضِّيَافَةِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ فَمَا أَصَابَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

English Translation

Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'The right of hospitality is three days. Whatever he provides beyond that is charity. And it is not lawful for a guest to stay until he becomes a burden on his host.'
