حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ب
ْنِ مُكْمِلٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَكُونُ لِأَحَدٍ ثَلَاثُ بَنَاتٍ أَوْ ثَلَاثُ أَخَوَاتٍ أَوْ ابْنَتَانِ أَوْ أُخْتَانِ فَيَتَّقِي اللَّهَ فِيهِنَّ وَيُحْسِنُ إِلَيْهِنَّ إِلَّا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Sabbah narrated to us, Isma'il ibn Zakariyya narrated to us, from Suhayl, from Sa'id ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mukmil, from Ayyub ibn Bashir al-Ansari, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If any of you doubts in his prayer and does not know how many he has prayed — three or four — let him cast aside doubt and build upon what he is certain of. Then let him perform two prostrations before the taslim. If he had prayed five, they will make it even for him. And if he had prayed four complete, they will be a humiliation for Shaytan.'
