Arabic Text
وَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ الْمَرْأَةُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ ثَلَاثِ لَيَالٍ إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَزَعَةُ
مَوْلَى زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ قَزَعَةَ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَنْ صَلَاةٍ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تُشْرِقَ الشَّمْسُ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ

ونهى رسول الله
English Translation
And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a woman from traveling more than three days — or three nights — except with a mahram (unmarriageable relative). 'Abd al-'Aziz said in his narration: Qaza'ah, the freed slave of Ziyad.
