حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ
قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيُّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَاجْعَلْ مَعَ الْبَرَكَةِ بَرَكَتَيْنِ

English Translation
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Harb narrated to us, Yahya — meaning Ibn Abi Kathir — narrated to us who said: Abu Sa'id, the freed slave of al-Mahri, narrated to me who said: Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Indeed this matter (the caliphate) is among Quraysh. No one opposes them regarding it except that Allah throws him on his face, as long as they establish the religion and act with justice.'
