حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ

الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً فَلْيَؤُمَّهُمْ أَحَدُهُمْ وَأَحَقُّهُمْ بِالْإِمَامَةِ أَقْرَؤُهُمْ

English Translation
Shuja' ibn al-Walid narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Yazid, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ said: 'When there are three people, let one of them lead them. The one most deserving of leading them is the one who recites the most Quran.'
