English Translation

Abdullah narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Bahz narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, Hisham ibn Zayd narrated to us, from his grandfather Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: When I was a young boy with a good aim, I hunted a rabbit and roasted it. Abu Talhah sent its hip — or he said its haunch — to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he accepted it.
