حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَ
يْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ الْمُقَدَّمُ وَشَرُّهَا الْمُؤَخَّرُ وَشَرُّ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ الْمُقَدَّمُ وَخَيْرُهَا الْمُؤَخَّرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ إِذَا سَجَدَ الرِّجَالُ فَاغْضُضْنَ أَبْصَارَكُنَّ لَا تَرَيْنَ عَوْرَاتِ الرِّجَالِ مِنْ ضِيقِ الْأُزُرِ

English Translation
Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil narrated to us, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best rows for men are the front rows, and the worst are the last. The best rows for women are the last, and the worst are the front.'
