حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ الْعَنَزِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول
ُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلْتُمْ لَيْلًا فَلَا يَأْتِيَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَهْلَهُ طُرُوقًا فَقَالَ جَابِرٌ فَوَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ طَرَقْنَاهُنَّ بَعْدُ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Aswad ibn Qays, from Nubayh al-'Anazi, from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When you enter at night, none of you should come to his wife suddenly, so that the one whose husband has been away may shave [her pubic hair] and the one with disheveled hair may comb her hair.'
