Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ نَحَرُوا جَزُورًا أَوْ بَقَرَةً وَقَالَ مَرَّةً نَحَرْتُ جَزُورًا أَوْ بَقَرَةً

English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Muharib ibn Dithar, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما) that when the Prophet ﷺ arrived in Madinah, they slaughtered a camel or a cow. He [the narrator] said another time: 'I slaughtered a camel or a cow.' [Jabir said regarding the sale of his camel:] the Prophet ﷺ bought it from me and paid me the price, then returned the camel to me as well.
