حَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ أَكَلْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا فَصَلَّوْا وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّئُوا

English Translation

Hushaym narrated to us, from 'Ali ibn Zayd, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: I ate with the Prophet ﷺ, Abu Bakr, and 'Umar — bread and meat — and they prayed without performing wudu [i.e., eating cooked food does not break wudu].
