حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ حَدَّثَنَ
ا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ مِنْ دُعَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ وَقَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَدُعَاءٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ وَنَفْسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ الْأَرْبَعِ

English Translation
Affan narrated to us, Khalaf ibn Khalifah narrated to us, Hafs ibn Umar narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: Among the supplications of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, a heart that does not humble itself, a supplication that is not heard, and a soul that is not satisfied. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from these four.'
