حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ الل
َّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يُوَاقِعُ جَارِيَةَ امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ إِنْ أَكْرَهَهَا فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا وَإِنْ طَاوَعَتْهُ فَهِيَ أَمَتُهُ وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا

English Translation
Abū al-Naḍr narrated to us, al-Mubārak narrated to us, from al-Ḥasan, from Salamah ibn al-Muḥabbiq, who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ was asked about a man who has relations with the slave girl of his wife. He said: 'If she forced her, she is free and he must replace her with a slave girl of equal value. If she consented, she becomes his slave girl and he must give his wife a slave girl of equal value.'
