حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْخٌ مِنْ بَنِي فَزَارَ

ةَ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ شَهْبَاءَ وَعَلِيٌّ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْهُ

English Translation
Muḥammad ibn ʿUbayd narrated to us, he said: A shaykh from Banū Fazārah narrated to us, from Hilāl ibn ʿĀmir al-Muzanī, from his father, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ addressing the people on a gray mule, and ʿAlī رضي الله عنه was conveying (announcing) on his behalf.
