قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ وَقَالَ يُونُسُ عَنْ ث
َابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ عَفَّانُ يَخْطُبُنَا وَقَالَ يُونُسُ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ يَقُولُ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لَبِسَ الْحَرِيرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا لَمْ يَلْبَسْهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yūnus and ʿAffān narrated to us, they said: Ḥammād ibn Zayd narrated to us — ʿAffān said in his narration: Thābit al-Bunānī narrated to us, and Yūnus said: from Thābit, he said: I heard Ibn al-Zubayr — ʿAffān said: addressing us, and Yūnus said: while he was giving a sermon — saying: Muḥammad ﷺ said: 'Whoever wears silk in this world will not wear it in the Hereafter.'
