حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ نِيَارٍ أَنَّهُ ذَبَ
حَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُعِيدَ قَالَ إِنِّي لَا أَجِدُ إِلَّا جَذَعَةً فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ

English Translation
Yaḥyā ibn Saʿīd narrated to us, from Yaḥyā ibn Saʿīd, from Bushayr ibn Yasār, from Abū Burdah ibn Niyār, that he slaughtered (his sacrifice) before the Prophet ﷺ had slaughtered. the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to repeat it. He said: 'I only have a jadhaʿah (young she-goat).' He said: 'Then slaughter it, and it will not suffice for anyone after you.'
