‏ ‏وَقَالَ ‏ ‏الصَّدَقَةُ ‏ ‏عَلَى الْمِسْكِينِ ‏ ‏صَدَقَةٌ ‏ ‏وَهِيَ عَلَى ذِي الرَّحِمِ اثْنَتَانِ صِلَةٌ ‏ ‏وَصَدَقَةٌ ‏

English Translation

And he (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that "Charity given to a poor person is charity, and charity given to a relative is two things: maintaining kinship and charity."
