It was narrated from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that 'Utban ibn Malik said: 'My eyesight weakened and floods used to come between me and my mosque. I wished that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would come and pray in my house so that I could use that spot as a place of prayer.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and prayed in his house at a place of his choosing.
