حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ

بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي عَلَى عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَتَا إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا ثُمَّ يَصُومُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave guidance and instruction.
