حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ
سَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَهِيَ مُسْتَتِرَةٌ بِقِرَامٍ فِيهِ صُورَةُ تَمَاثِيلَ فَتَلَوَّنَ وَجْهُهُ ثُمَّ أَهْوَى إِلَى الْقِرَامِ فَهَتَكَهُ بِيَدِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ مِنْ أَشَدِّ النَّاسِ عَذَابًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الَّذِينَ يُشَبِّهُونَ بِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon her while she had hung a curtain with images of figures on it. His face changed color, then he took hold of the curtain and tore it down, and said: 'Among those who will receive the most severe punishment on the Day of Resurrection are those who imitate the creation of Allah.'
