حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عَائِ

شَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا أَصَابَ الْمُؤْمِنَ شَوْكَةٌ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا تَعْنِي إِلَّا كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لَهُ

English Translation

It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said: 'No thorn or anything greater that strikes a believer, but it serves as an expiation for him.'
