Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي إِسْ
حَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ لِآلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَحْشٌ فَكَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اشْتَدَّ وَلَعِبَ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَإِذَا دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَكَنَ فَلَمْ يَتَحَرَّكْ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يُؤْذِيَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: 'The family of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a wild animal in the house. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would go out, it would run about and play in the house. When he returned, it would become still and not move, as if unwilling to disturb him.'
