English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she described the nightly routine of the Prophet ﷺ: if he had been intimate with his wife, he would sleep in that state without touching water. At the first call to prayer, he would rise. If he was in a state of ritual impurity, he would pour water over himself — but she did not say he performed a full bath nor ablution as for prayer — then he would pray two rak'ahs and go out to the mosque.
