حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ يَا أُمَّهْ بِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ كَانَ يَبْدَأُ الن

َّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَيْكِ بَيْتَكِ وَبِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ كَانَ يَخْتِمُ قَالَتْ كَانَ يَبْدَأُ بِالسِّوَاكِ وَيَخْتِمُ بِرَكْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she was asked how the Prophet ﷺ began when he entered his home and what he ended with. She replied: 'He would begin with the toothstick and end with the two rak'ahs of Fajr.'
