حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet ﷺ ruled that the earnings of a purchased item belong to the buyer who bore the liability.
