حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ غَالِبٍ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لِلْأَشْتَرِ أَنْتَ الَّذِي أَرَدْتَ قَت
ْلَ ابْنِ أُخْتِي قَالَ قَدْ حَرَصْتُ عَلَى قَتْلِهِ وَحَرَصَ عَلَى قَتْلِي قَالَتْ أَوَمَا عَلِمْتَ مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ ارْتَدَّ أَوْ تَرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ أَوْ زَنَى بَعْدَمَا أُحْصِنَ أَوْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "Did you not know what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said? 'It is not lawful to shed a man's blood except in the case of one who apostates, or leaves Islam, or commits adultery after being married, or kills a person except in just retaliation.'"
