English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave an instruction in a certain matter and some men declined it, he said: "What is the matter with men who are given a command but they decline? By Allah, I am the most knowledgeable of them about Allah the Almighty and the most fearful of Him."
