حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أُمِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ مَكَانًا مِنْ دَارِ يَعْلَى نَسَبَهُ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ اسْتَقْبَلَ الْبَيْتَ فَدَعَا
English Translation
It was narrated from the mother of Abd al-Rahman ibn Tariq ibn Alqama (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet ﷺ, whenever he entered a room in the house of Ya'la — as identified by Ubayd Allah — would face the Ka'ba and supplicate.
