حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ فَقَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً قَالَتْ وَوَضَعَ لِي عَشْرَةَ أَقْفِزَةٍ عِنْدَ اب
ْنِ عَمٍّ لَهُ خَمْسَةً شَعِيرٍ وَخَمْسَةً تَمْرٍ قَالَتْ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ ذَاكَ لَهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ صَدَقَ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَعْتَدَّ فِي بَيْتِ فُلَانٍ قَالَ وَكَانَ طَلَّقَهَا طَلَاقًا بَائِنًا

English Translation
It was narrated from Fatima bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) that her husband sent her five measures of barley and five of dates as her maintenance. She brought this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: "He has told the truth." He then ordered her to spend her waiting period in the house of a certain person. Her divorce had been a final irrevocable one.
