حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ فَطَلَّقَهَا آخِرَ ثَلَاثِ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ فَزَعَمَتْ أَنَّهَا جَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم
َ فَاسْتَفْتَتْهُ فِي خُرُوجِهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ إِلَى بَيْتِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ الْأَعْمَى فَأَبَى مَرْوَانُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَّهِمَ حَدِيثَ فَاطِمَةَ فِي خُرُوجِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا وَزَعَمَ عُرْوَةُ قَالَ قَالَ فَأَنْكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ عَائِشَةُ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Fatima bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) that she sought a ruling from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about leaving her home, and he ordered her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum the blind man. Marwan refused to accept Fatima's account about a divorced woman leaving her home, and Urwa said that Aisha had also rejected Fatima bint Qays's narration on this.
