حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ عَنْ أُمِّهِ سَلْمَى بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَتْ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نِسْوَةٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَتْ كَانَ فِيمَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا أَ
نْ لَا تَغُشَّنَّ أَزْوَاجَكُنَّ قَالَتْ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفْنَا قُلْنَا وَاللَّهِ لَوْ سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا غِشُّ أَزْوَاجِنَا قَالَتْ فَرَجَعْنَا فَسَأَلْنَاهُ قَالَ أَنْ تُحَابِينَ أَوْ تُهَادِينَ بِمَالِهِ غَيْرَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from a woman of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "When we left, we said: 'By Allah, if only we had asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ what constitutes deceiving our husbands.' So we went back and asked him." He said: "It is when you show love for, or give gifts to, others using his wealth without his knowledge."
