حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَم

ِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ كَذَبَ فِي الرُّؤْيَا مُتَعَمِّدًا كُلِّفَ عَقْدَ شَعِيرَةٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from `Ali bin Abi Talib (رضي الله عنه) that he said: My ears heard and my heart understood from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: “The people follow Quraish: the righteous ones follow their righteous ones and the evil ones follow their evil ones.`
