حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ عَنْ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ ال

رِّبَا وَمُطْعِمَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ وَالْحَالَّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ قَالَ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنْ النَّوْحِ

English Translation

It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: Purple saddle cloths and wearing a blend of linen and silk and gold rings were forbidden, Muhammad said: I mentioned that to my brother Yahya bin Seereen and he said: Did you not hear this? Yes, and borders of silk brocade.
