حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ أَنْبَأَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَ

نِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَامَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ خَيْرُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَإِنَّا قَدْ أَحْدَثْنَا بَعْدُ أَحْدَاثًا يَقْضِي اللَّهُ فِيهَا مَا شَاءَ

English Translation

It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: `Ammar came and asked permission to enter upon the Prophet ﷺ and he said: `Let him in; welcome to the good one, the purified one.”
