حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى أَرْبَعًا قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ
English Translation
Qais al-Kharifi (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that I heard ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) say on this minbar. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came first, Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه) came second and `Umar (رضي الله عنه) came third; then we got involved in turmoil, and it was what Allah willed.
