نْصُورُ ابْنُ صَفِيَّةَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَقِّنُوا هَلْكَاكُمْ قَوْلَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ " .

English Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Prompt your dying ones to say La ilaha illahllah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah)
