ْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ الْجُرَشِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَحَرَّى يَوْمَ الاِثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ .

English Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to be keen to fast on Mondays and Thursday
