أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَذِنَ فِي قَتْلِ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لِلْمُحْرِمِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ ‏.‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave permission fro the Muhrim to kill five kinds of animals:crows, kites, mice and vicious dogs
