أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْمُحْرِمُ أَوْ يُنْكِحَ أَوْ يَخْطُبَ ‏.‏
