أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا

مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ .

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdulla (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ entered on the day of the Conquest of Makkah wearing a back Imamah, without being in Ihram
