Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ
Body (Matn)
اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ " .

English Translation
Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tawus say:"the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate
