أَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِين

َارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ الْحَجُورِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ " .
