أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِسْطَامُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ

عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَطَبَهُمْ فَقَالَ " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ " .
